House Rules.

A comfortable stay begins with shared respect. These simple guidelines help protect the comfort, safety and privacy of every guest, our neighbours, the villa and our team.

Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Registered guests. Occupancy may not exceed the number confirmed in the reservation. Any additional overnight guest must be added to the reservation and approved in writing by WECARE before arrival. Additional charges may apply and will be disclosed before approval.

Visitors. Day visitors and all other unregistered persons require prior written approval from WECARE or its authorized on-site team before entering the property. Visiting hours or limits may apply. The primary guest is responsible for every visitor they admit or invite, whether or not that visitor was approved.

Occupancy and age requirements. The primary renter must be at least 21 years old, and every other registered guest must be at least 18 years old. Children and infants are not permitted at Villa ABSOLUTE.

Respect the villa and the neighbourhood.

Quiet hours. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Excessive noise or behaviour that disturbs neighbours or staff is prohibited at all times.

Events. Parties, events and gatherings are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing in advance.

Respectful and lawful conduct. Please respect the property, private guest spaces, other guests, neighbours and staff. Dangerous, abusive, harassing or unlawful conduct is prohibited. The possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

No subletting. A reservation may not be transferred, assigned or resold without prior written approval.

Help us protect the comfort of future guests.

Smoking. Villa ABSOLUTE is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas of the property. Guests who wish to smoke must leave the property. Documented extraordinary cleaning or damage costs may be charged to the guest.

Pets and stray animals. Pets are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing or required by applicable law. Please do not feed, attract, shelter or allow stray or free-roaming animals, including cats, inside the villa or its outdoor living areas. Do not leave food or water for animals on the property. Feeding an animal encourages it to return and may disturb current and future guests.

Care for the villa as your home.

Private guest spaces. The room and terrace located on the second floor are reserved exclusively for guests staying in the Mantra room. Other guests and visitors may not enter or use these spaces without the occupants’ express permission.

Villa care. Keep the villa and its indoor and outdoor areas reasonably clean, wash used dishes and place waste in the designated bins.

Food. Store food properly and never leave it exposed in bedrooms, indoor living spaces or outdoor areas. Bali’s tropical climate means exposed food can quickly attract insects and animals.

Housekeeping. Housekeeping is provided six days per week, except on certain Balinese public or religious holidays. Please allow reasonable access at the scheduled time.

Damage and maintenance. Report damage, maintenance problems, missing items or unsafe conditions promptly. Guests are responsible for damage or loss caused by themselves, members of their party or visitors they admit, excluding normal wear and tear.

Wet floors. Please dry yourself before entering indoor living areas. Do not walk on ceramic floors with wet feet, as the surface can become dangerously slippery.

Air conditioning. Turn off the air conditioning whenever you leave your room and keep doors and windows closed while it is operating.

Electrical appliances. Turn off lights and electrical appliances when they are not in use. Do not leave cooking equipment, chargers or other heat-producing devices operating unattended.

Use the villa and its facilities responsibly.

Pool hours. The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please respect these hours and avoid noise that may disturb other guests or neighbours.

Safe pool use. The pool is approximately 1.5 metres (5 feet) deep. Diving and jumping into the pool are prohibited. No lifeguard is on duty, and guests must use the pool responsibly.

Glass and alcohol. Glassware is prohibited in and around the pool. Alcoholic beverages may not be consumed while inside the pool. Intoxicated persons must not use the pool.

Doors and property security. Keep the main entrance locked at all times and secure your room whenever you leave it. Do not provide keys, access codes or entry instructions to unregistered persons.

Valuables. Each bedroom includes a safe. Please use it for passports, cash and other valuables, secure your room whenever you leave and take reasonable care of your belongings. Villa ABSOLUTE and WECARE cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings that are lost, stolen, damaged or left unsecured, subject to applicable law.

Lost and found. Items found after departure are held for 15 days after check-out. If an item is located, return may be arranged at the guest’s expense. Unclaimed items may be donated, recycled or disposed of after 15 days. Perishable, hazardous or unlawful items may be disposed of immediately.
