Cancellations and Refunds: Guests and hosts must follow the cancellation policies outlined at the time of booking.

Misrepresent your identity or any information you provide.
Interfere with the security or proper functioning of our platform.
Post content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on others’ rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

6. Host and Guest Responsibilities

Hosts: Ensure accurate listing descriptions, maintain the property safely, and comply with local laws.
Guests: Respect host properties, follow house rules, and behave responsibly.

igoto.travel is not a party to rental agreements and does not own or operate the properties listed on the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on igoto.travel, including text, images, logos, and software, is owned by igoto.travel or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, igoto.travel is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to bookings, property conditions, or interactions with other users.
